New York CDL Fees & Ages

NY DMV charges $10 for the CLP application (covers all knowledge tests taken at once), $5 for each later written test, $40 for the road skills test, and $164.50-$180.50 for the CDL license (8-year term; higher fee inside the MCTD). Hazmat endorsement also requires a TSA Threat Assessment with its own federal fee.
