Virginia CDL Fees & Ages

A Commercial Learner Permit is $3. A Commercial Driver License is $64 for 8 years. Endorsements cost $1 per year (about $8 for an 8-year license). HazMat (H or X) also requires a TSA security threat assessment with a fee paid to TSA.
