South Carolina CDL Fees & Ages

CLP application $15, knowledge test $2 per test, CLP issuance $2.50 (valid 1 year). CDL is $2.50 per year (commonly $20 for 8 years). Skills test retake fee is $25. HazMat (H/X) endorsements also need a TSA background check (about $85.25).
