Oregon CDL Fees & Ages

The Oregon DMV charges $40 for the Commercial Learner Permit, $10 per knowledge test, $145 for the skills test, and $160 for the CDL (any class, any endorsements). House Bill 2100 raised these fees effective January 1, 2024. Confirm current fees on the Oregon CDL Fees page.

• TSA Security Threat Assessment (HazMat): ~$86.50 (federal)
• ELDT training: market rate, roughly $3,000–$8,000 for a full Class A program
