West Virginia CDL Fees & Ages
The CDL knowledge test fee is $25 (covers three attempts). The Class A/B/C CDL fee ranges from $26.25 to $61.25 depending on the number of years issued. Endorsements are $10 each at the time of application. Adding an endorsement later costs $10 plus a $7.50 duplicate license fee.
