How to Get a Oklahoma CDL

Getting a CDL in Oklahoma takes planning. You start at a Service Oklahoma Licensing Office, pass written tests for a Commercial Learner Permit, then complete federal Entry-Level Driver Training before the skills test. After holding the CLP for at least 14 days you can take the skills test.
