Minnesota CDL Fees & Ages
Minnesota DVS charges $26.75 for the CLP and $72 for the CDL. Each endorsement knowledge test is $2.50. The first two skills test attempts have no DVS fee; a $20 retesting fee applies starting with the third attempt. Knowledge test retake fee is $10 for the third and later attempts. HazMat requires a TSA background check fee paid to TSA.
